3. Defective tray size sensing or configuration. 

4. Defective paper control or sensor PCA. 

4L HP PRINTERS 

1. Paper cassette is empty or missing. 

2. Paper cassette is not seated correctly.

 3. Paper out flag PS2 is broken or stuck. 

4. Defective DC controller PCA. 

5. Tray 1 is empty. 

6. Tray 2 is empty.
