What is the policy on carry in warranties?
  We will arrive onsite for carry in warranties also at no extra charge to the customer. This allows the printer to get repaired in the shortest amount of time without the customer having the hassle to bring it in.
       
       
       
       
       
       
   
What is a user maintenance kit?
  A user maintenance kit includes fuser and all rollers. The user maintenance code will show on the display when it is time for this service to be performed.
       
       
       
       
       
       
   
Why is preventive maintenance needed for my laser printer and plotter?
  It is recommended that your printer and plotter receive preventive maintenance twice a year to prolong the life of the equipment.
       
       
       
       
       
       
What is included in a preventive maintenance check up?
  It includes a 15 point inspection of the internal parts of the printer or plotter and a cleaning.
       
       
       
       
       
What does the one year HP warranty cover that came with my printer?
 

If you have a carry in warranty on your HP printer it covers all parts and labor if you carry it in to the nearest HP authorized warranty repair center. We will come onsite at no extra charge to repair your printer which also includes parts and labor.
